Not all boiler services are equal
Like any car, your boiler will require a full and an interim service. For most modern boilers the manufacturer will specify a full strip and clean service and new seals every 3 - 5 years.
The big insurance companies that offer a free service will only ever do a safety check and not the preventative maintenance required, to prolong the life of your boiler.
If you’ve never seen your boiler in bits on a service the chances are it’s never received a full service.
It’s my aim to service your boiler properly according to the manufactures instructions and service schedule. This will allow the boiler to work efficiently and minimise the risk of unwanted breakdowns.
